Right out side an ocean view pavilion sits an anti-butt sculpture. Not a campaign against a local nudist colony but an installation to fit the natural surroundings — Cigarette Butts Are Litter.
Crafted out of local tree branches — painted white with a couple highlighted tips to look like burning cigarettes. Yes — stats to represent how many butts have been collected since the pavilion opened in 2000.
