@ Matt, Hippo was supposed to be a play on the zippo as a cigarette paraphernalia. i completely agree with matt, about the first two.
I like buttzilla because it's playful and u could use the character to highlight the problem and spread awareness.
On the other hand Itube is quite nice too. It plays on the idea of takin ownership of your actions and this proclamation that "I smoke but at least i dont litter. ITube it" Making ITube a sort of verb or action if you may, that responsible smokers do!

Buttzilla is funny, I like. Maybe the disposal can be character based, a munching friendly monster created to eat up all the butts!!
